Lodging and Transportation Information

Conference Center

Location: The National 4H Youth Conference Center is located just outside of  Washington, DC at 7100 Connecticut Ave, Chevy Chase, MD.  This conference center features comfortable hotel-style rooms, free wifi, cafeteria, a recreation room, outdoor basketball court and beach volleyball court. All rooms will be double occupancy.  Ample parking is available on-site.

Alternate Lodging: For conference attendees who wish to stay off-site, we recommend hotels in downtown Bethesda, MD, located approximately 2 miles from the conference venue. Attendees staying off-site will be required to provide their own transportation to and from the conference center each day. For more information on area hotels, click  here.

Transportation:  DSUSA will offer airport shuttles to and from Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Reagan National Airport (DCA) at the following times:

Airport Pickup: Sunday, September 21 at 3:00pm

Airport Drop-Off: Tuesday, September 23 at 4:30pm*

Wednesday, September 24 at 6:00am

*due to extended rush hour travel times, we recommend participants who plan to take this shuttle do not schedule departing flights prior to 7:00pm.

For those attendees whose travel schedules require alternate arrival or departure times, the following airport shuttle services are available:
