Event details:

This is a multi-day inclusive paddle sports program for teens age 13-20 with intellectual/developmental disabilities as well siblings/friends. 

Campers will explore local waterways in kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards and finish the camp with a full day whitewater raft trip on Wednesday. During the camp campers will have classroom training on water safety, learn about the equipment and basic paddle sports knowledge. Teen siblings and friends of any OAS camp participants can register as well.

*All campers must meet Essential Eligibility Criteria: be able to turn to a face down position in the water to a face up position while wearing an PFD (personal floation device), breath independently and be able to wear a PFD at all times while on the water. Ability to swim is NOT required, but being comfortable in and around water is advised.
