Event details:

Bridge II Sports is proud to be hosting the 2016 Valor Games Southeast for the 4th consecutive year from May 23-26.  Valor Games Southeast is a 4 day adapted sports event drawing disabled Veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces to North Carolina for fierce, fun and spirited competition and comradery.  The Southeast games include entry level and intermediate competitions in 9 adaptive sports including: cycling, power-lifting, archery, boccia, indoor rowing, sitting volleyball, air rifle, table tennis, and shot-put—this year will also include exhibition trials of wheelchair basketball and kayaking.  Events will take place at the Dean Smith Center at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Duke Cameron Indoor Stadium and beautiful Lake Crabtree Park.

Registration is currently open for all disabled Veterans and disabled members of the Armed Forces with and without adapted sports experience.  All lodging, meals, events and transportation at the Valor Games Southeast is free to registered participants due to a generous grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs and several national and local sponsors.  Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses from home to the 2016 Valor Games Southeast.
